cabshot.jpg (50360 bytes) The cab is in rough shape. There isn't much left of the floor under the drivers side or passengers side of the cab. Luckily, there is a pair of new cab floors and rocker/step plates available through "Autobody Specialties," in Middlefield, CT. The rocker/step plates can be ordered through Rondex right here in Winnipeg. Unfortuneately the floor plates aren't, and will have to be shipped from the U.S. The Dude's front buckets seats are seized up due to rust and corrosion build-up so a complete dissasembly of the seats will be required to get them operational once again. The drivers side of the front seat is torn badly and the vinyl is split in several other places on the seats as well. They will require a complete re-upolstery to bring them back to functional use once again. The Dude's steering is standard and hopes are to find a power steering unit on a parts vehicle in the future. However, this is not a big priority. The horn push pad is missing from the steering wheel which is higher on the list of things to aquire at this point. Luckily, the Dude's dash pad  is MINT! Only other details needed on the cab's restoration include restoring to working condition the AM radio, heater motor, and re-painting the dash flat black.
