There were six bolts holding the box onto the frame. Two came off no problem, two broke and two had to be cut off. The bolt removal took all of an hour, however I soaked the bolts with gas beforehand which is why I figure two came off without any problem. All in all it was about a two hour job. As you can see from the photo, it helped to have a tractor handy to lift and carry the box after it's removal. The box was left off to the side while work could begin on the cab.
