This truck has the original burnt orange paint with the black c-stripe and dude decals. It was
bought new by a couple in Falher, Alberta where it still resides. It has the original slant six and
4 speed manual transmission. Also has the original orange clearance lights and grill inserts.
The original seat and battery are the only original components missing from the truck in fact it has
at least 2 of the original hubcaps still with the truck. The truck is virtually unmodified. The dash
is in excellent shape for a truck of this age. The tailgate is in very rusty condition as well as the
floor boards and rocker panel areas.
These trucks are quickly gaining popularity and interest and so is their value. This truck is the
perfect project truck as it has a known small town history with only two owners. The 1970 dude is also
claimed to be rarer than the 1971. I would be willing to sell the truck for $800 (american
currency) o.b.o. Also would be willing to trade for a 70-71 shortbox and or cummins desiel 3/4 ton
chassis and drivetrain.
